The Jeff Barnes Brain Injury Foundation, a non-profit public foundation, was created after Visalia resident, Jeff Barnes, sustained a severe brain injury in December, 2001. Through our experiences, we hope to assist others living in the Central Valley (Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Kern Counties) who have gone through, or are going through, a similar crisis.
JBBIF was created to provide support to families in need as a result of a brain injury. (click to find out how we can help you)
