The Jeff Barnes Brain Injury Foundation
The Jeff Barnes Brain Injury Foundation was created in December, 2005, in honor of Jeff Barnes, a Visalia resident, who sustained a severe brain injury in December, 2001. As a result of this we assist others living in the Central Valley (Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Kern Counties) who have gone through, or are going through, a similar crisis. The Foundation provides education and awareness through various events.
